I have been active in real estate since 1981. Prior to obtaining my Real Estate Licence in British Columbia, I had been licenced in California for 20 years. My focus there was the development, construction, operation and management of commercial and investment real estate. During that time I continued my professional education and earned recognition and professional designations from both the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

I don't have much leisure time, but when I do, my passion is gardening. I've spent lots of time since moving here learning about the native plants of the BC Southern Interior. My yard is primarily native plants. It's been amazing to learn how many of the native plants here are also native to California. It's a fact that fits perfectly with my philosophy that I have the ability to bloom wherever I'm planted.
