Alosha Heiberg

At just 18 years old, Alosha left home to work on the drilling rigs, where he developed the resilience, work ethic, and determination that continue to define him today. The demanding environment taught him invaluable life skills including perseverance, reliability, stamina, and the ability to stay calm while solving complex problems under pressure.

After eight years in the oilfield industry, Alosha chose to move closer to family and pursue a career in power engineering. He earned his 3rd Class Power Engineering certification and spent the next eight years at Mercer Celgar, working his way up to Panel Operator. During that time, he strengthened his problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Becoming a full-time father brought a new perspective and ultimately inspired another major life change. Wanting a career that would allow him to be more present for his daughter while continuing to help people in a meaningful way, real estate quickly felt like the perfect fit.

As an active member of the Grand Forks community, Alosha enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team and building genuine relationships with the people around him. His background has shaped him into someone who values hard work, honesty, communication, and dedication — qualities he now brings to every client experience.
