Katherine Praski

Born and raised on the Coast, I never imagined living anywhere else—until I visited Christina Lake in 2020. There was something undeniably special about the community, and within a year, my family and I had made the leap, buying a home and planting roots in this beautiful place.

My background is rich in people-centered work. I’ve served as a children’s and youth director, ran a licensed daycare, held leadership roles in customer service and inside sales, and am currently also an education assistant at PerleY Elementary. At the heart of all of it is my passion for advocacy and relationship-building. I genuinely care about people’s needs—and in real estate, that means putting my clients’ interests first, always.

Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in the community. I coach with the Phoenix Cross Country Ski Club, curl and serve on the board, and am proud to be the current PAC President at Christina Lake Elementary. As a mom of three, I value the kind of community where kids can thrive—and I love helping other families discover that same sense of belonging here.
